Hi Keith,   While Dan is referring your question to the experts, here is some information you might find helpful when it's time to ask questions of your doctor.   There is a thread here where other members have been discussing the issue of weak stream symptoms once beginning Flomax. You can read this one started by jcr. It appears that they were prescribed Flomax and after several weeks began to experience difficulty starting the flow, especially at night, and weak flow at other times. You can also read more about Flomax here in the drugs database. Flomax is generally prescribed to treat Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia. Dr Jay Motola wrote a sharepost about BPH here. It is possible you are still experiencing the effects of the surgery. Maybe there is a little swelling and pressure on the urethra. These are things it is best to discuss with your doctor, but this information will give you ideas as to some of the things you can ask about. Remember, online sites are great places to get information to ask all the right questions, however they can not take the place of your doctor's solid medical advice. Take care and stay in touch!Vicki M
