I have been on Flomax ,2 tabs @.4 mg day. for several years . I notice that I now have an enlarged testi.Aprox four or five times larger .

Flomax is not associated with an enlared testicle. There are several possibilities for an an enlarged testicle, and a hydrocele (fluid collction around the testicle) is most common. A scrotal sonogram will help determine the cause of the enlargement and determine if it is truly the testcle that is enlarged.
