I have been diagnostic with an enlarge prostate many years ago...now things are getting worse, I am having a rought time to urine I have to push hard to be able to urinate.I am taking in consideration in getting a surgery once and for all...But I don't know what is the latest and better treatment. Please I need help!

I'm 64. I was in the same situation. Had the TURP 2.5 months ago. Everythng is working fine. Best flow ever. I can join the fire dept. now!
The only draw back is retro ejaculation. Has not changed our sex life at all.
I had a very experienced surgeon. He does not do greenlight or anything else. Says they are not permenent.
