I'm 64. I was in the same situation. Had the TURP 2.5 months ago. Everythng is working fine. Best flow ever. I can join the fire dept. now! The only draw back is retro ejaculation. Has not changed our sex life at all. I had a very experienced surgeon. He does not do greenlight or anything else. Says they are not permenent. Hope this helps?
