penis pain during erection and ejaculation

my husband has been experiencing pain during erection and also during ejaculation? what could be the cause of this? no pain once the erection goes away?

I'm hoping someone will answer your question, my significant other just recently is experiencing the same problem. no pain before or after an erection, no urinary problems. Erections are "raging" as he describes with pain and sharp pain at ejaculation.. anyone who can help with possible causes of this please do!
