Q: How long should I stay on lupron after surgery and radiation?

My prostate cancer was a gleason 9. I had laproscopic prostate surgery but my PSA was .7 2 months later, so I started lupron and had IMRT radiation. My PSA was near zero soon after I started lupron and has stayed that way. It is now 14 months. Is it safe to stop the lupron and see where my PSA goes?
