Things to do to prevent prostate cancer?

Paul
06/23/09

I heard messaging an enlarged prostate can help prevent prostate cancer.  I massage mine a couple of times a week with a flexible anal dildo.  Sometimes I can even ejaculate doing so.  Am I helping any?

Also, I heard that prostate cancer cells feed on semen.  Does masterbating 2 or 3 times a week help prevent the cancer also?

My PSA runs between a 4.5 and 5.5 and holding.  My urologist set a 6.0 as my baseline since it has been this high.  Digital exam every 6 months has shown no lumps.  I have had 2 biopsies - no cancer.

There is no evidence that routine prostate massage has any benefit with regards to decreasing the likelihood of developing prostate cancer.
