Q: I feel blockage at the tip of urethra due to which the urine comes in two streams. I have been facing this problem since 2 months.I am a 25 years old male.
A split stream possibly is a sign of urethral obstruction. It is possible that you have a congenital anomaly such as a hypospadias which describes the opeoing o the urethra when it is not at the tip of the penis. You should be evaluated by a Urologist.
