Q: I read somewhere that If you do not ejaculate your prostate can get enlargened and It's dangerous, Is this true?

I do not masturbate, It may sounds strange but Im 18 and I haven't ejaculated through masturbation.. Not even once. I've been having trouble peeing the last couple of weeks.. first It made me pee more often, and the stream was slower.. now the stream is just slow. I went to the doctor to see If It was urine infection but It wasn't.. now I'm scared that just because i do not masturbate my health is in trouble.. Please help. I'm only 18 years old!

The lack of ejaculation will not cause prostate enlargement.  At age 18 it would be extraordinarily rare for you to have any prostate enlargement.
