In the resources I've been able to find online, it seems that blood in semen (hematospermia) is not a frequent complication of vasectomy. While it does occur occasionally, it is usually short-lived, only lasting a week or so.
You should follow up with your doctor if this doesn't go away on its own. Many cases of hematospermia are linked to prostatitis - an infection or inflammation of the prostate that has occured on its own, apart from the vasectomy.
