Will the prostate punch biopsy spread the cancer?

I am 69 years old, 5 foot 9, 163 lbs. I had one biopsy with at least eight samples taken that showed a Gleason 7 on the left upper lobe. I am worried about having more biopsies done and the risk of spreading the cancer. They want to another biopsy now one year later and then do...
