So what is..."the norm" for PSA level ?????

Mine was 7.5..I was told normal was 4...since we are all different normal may be normal to some but not for others....also can biopsys give a false positive for cancer of bladder and or prostate ? Im in the wait for a second opinion on this..  also Im 56 yrs.old.
