Hi Terry,   I am referring this question over to one of the resident experts here at Health Central. Perhaps they have an idea of what you should ask your doctor. The best thing to do if you have a question like this and your doctor appears to ignore it, is to bring a sample in for your doctor to see. It would be hard to ignore you if the doctor can actually see what you are looking at.   There are many things this could be, none of them pleasant. Pinworms come to mind although that would be more in respect to a woman than a man. Could be something like a scum on the top of the urine. Not sure how long you allow the bottle to sit before emptying. Only a doctor's eye and tests will determine for sure what it is.
