Hi Terry,   There is a great primer on PSA tests, how they are done and what the numbers mean. There is a section here about what is considered a normal PSA and what causes the numbers to elevate. Also what the velocity means. Dr. Jay Motola wrote a good article here called, What is a normal PSA? There are also age considerations to take into account.
