Q: Bloody Semen problem

I am a completely healthy 26 year old male other than one issue. I had blood in my semen for the first time about a month ago now, it was not a small amount, almost the entire ejaculate appeared to be blood.  The urination after the ejaculation was very difficult, but not painful, I passed a pretty large blood clot (approximately the length of an average man's forefinger.  I went to the Doctor and was giving doxycycline for a week, did not ejaculate for approximately 2 weeks and then when I was proceeding with sexual activity the pre-ejaculatory fluid was pure bright red blood again.  I did not proceed to orgasm for fear of further injury or another blood clot (which was quite difficult to pass the first time).  I went back to the urologist had cystoscopy and a CT with/without contrast which were both clean.  I have zero answers for this and am very frustrated and the timing could not be worse since this first happened about a month out from my wedding.
