I am 22 yrs old usually do masturbation. For the last three ejaculations I have noticed blood in my semen. It comes with initial drops of semen, however after sometime semen get clear. I am not suffering from any pain while masturbating or while passing urine. But i am little scared.
Please advise me what to do, i am really feeling very tensed.
Blood in the semen is called hematospermia. It is usually a self-limited condition that most often tends to be benign, but in older patients, it may rarely be associated with malignancy. Most commonly it is associated with an inflammatory condition of the prostate (such as prostatitis) or the seminal vesicles.
This should resolve spontaneously over the next several weeks. If it persists, a follow-up visit with your urologist would be a good idea.
