Bleeding after prostate removal and radiation.

I had prostate cancer and had my prostate removed. Radition following because the lymph nodes were not removed and the cancer was found to have gone through the prostate. I am now experiencing bleeding during urination. Also have had clots, which prevented me from urinating and have had to go to emergency to have my bladder flushed and clots removed. Is there something more I can do? My urologist just tells me this is going to happen.
