Hi George,   Personal answers are not possible for this site. If you are taking the lupron injections, are they having any effect in helping you to achieve an erection? Having had your prostate removed, I would think it would be difficult at best. There are many ways to give pleasure that do not involve intercourse and having an erection. There is a lot of information available by resident experts as well as everyday people who live with these conditions every day here on the Health Central site.
