Are men who have enlarged prostates more likely to develop prostate cancer?

This as a PC councillor i canot answer yes or no only a urologist can advise you on this subject.
But in my case yes although it was some 15 years later after being told i had an enlarged prostate i had PC and underwent a Radical Prostectomy.
GP's are vage on this so see a specialist.
