Just what the title states, "I am 21 years old male, and when I ejaculate after sex, my semen is bloody. Answers?", I need someone's advice and should I go see a doctor? Thanks in advance.

A bloody ejaculate is know as hematospermia. It is usually a self-limiting condition. Underlying conditions such as prostatic infections, prostatic calcifications or STDs can be associated with this. If it persists, I recommend seeing a Urologist.
