Hello Charron,   Thank you for your question. The resources that I've looked at do not mention loss of ejaculation as a side effect. If this only occured once your husband started taking the medication, and you don't know of anything else that could have caused it, he may want to speak with his doctor about what's going on. There is a similar medication (finasteride, brand names Proscar) available that may not cause the same side effects.
