Urethra soreness, purple bumps on urethra opening, along with pain urinating

I am a thirty year old male, a year and a half ago my urethra opening became very sensitive and cold 24 hours a day. When I urinated it burned and my stream split at the beginning and end of urination. I saw a urologist and he suggested a cystiscope and six weeks of cypro as well as psa test.  The psa came back normal so I went through the cystiscope and it wasn't that bad with the numbing jell, but the three days of urinating afterwards was hell, I nearly passed out several times while standing over the toilet urinating battery acid. At the end of all of it I still have no answers; I am on uroxatoral which seems to help a bit.  But The stream still spits at the beginning and end of urinating and a few small purple bumps surrounding the base opening of my urethra come and go. After sex I have to sit in a hot bath to help relieve the pain of urinating the next day.

Does anyone else have the same symptoms?
