Urethra soreness, purple bumps on urethra opening, along with pain urinating

I am a thirty year old male, a year and a half ago my urethra opening became very sensitive and cold 24 hours a day. When I urinated it burned and my stream split at the beginning and end of urination. I saw a urologist and he suggested a cystiscope and six weeks of cypro as well as psa test....
