Q: When can I resume having sex after initial diagnosis of enlarged prostate?

There is no contraindication to having sexual relations after undergoing cystoscopy and you could resume sexual relations immediately. The medication that you were prescribed -- Flowmax -- may however cause difficulties with ejaculation. You can find more information on our page on the Side Effects of Flomax.
