My psa has tripled in one year -- from 1.7 to 5.2. Does this indicate aggressive prostate cancer?

I also have urinary discomfort and lower back pain and was diagnosed with a mild urinary infection.  My primary care physician gave me Cipro for one week, which cleared up the infection but did not drop the PSA.  The discomfort has returned.  Last year, my digital rectum…
