The last 2 times I ejaculated my seaman was bloody in color

Last December I finsihed radiation treatments for prostate cancer. My last PSA a month ago was 0.2. The last 2 times I ejeculated in the past 2 weeks my seamn was a light bloody red in color. Does this mean a recurrance of the prostate cancer I am not in any pain so what might be causing...
