Hi Mike,   Anytime there is a change like this, particularly if it causes you irritation or concern, it is good to have it looked at. Here is some information that might help you ask all the right questions when it's time to see your doctor.   In checking your symptom in the symptoms database located here, the recommendation is to see your doctor because the lump could be a mild skin irritation, or something as serious as warts caused by the human papillomavirus (HPV)   Take care and stay in touch.
