Q: Can a nodule with a 0.7 psa possibly be nothing to worry about?

I have a PSA of 0.7. It has always been below 1.0 for many years. I am 61 now. I have been examined and told that I have a nodule on the small or slight nodule on the upper right side of my prostate. I am going to get a biopsy to find out for sure if it is cancer. Is it possibly nothing to worry about? My biopsy is in 3 weeks. Thank You, Jack

I am 69 and have a PSA of 0.7  I have had prostate cancer, first diagnosed in 1996 and have had several treatments for it. Radiation, thermal therapy and LupronDepot

Its taken 4 years for it to go from .4 to .7.

I have learned to live with it. When I was first diagnosed, I was convinced this was it.

13 years later and the PSA is only 0.7  ?? Not much to worry about.

Let me know how your biopsy went and what they recommended
