Hi Mark,

Ridafin, and rifampin is a drug commonly prescribed in the treatment of TB involving the Lungs, and Active Tuberculosis. It is not prescribed lightly, as their is a good possibility of the strain of infection becoming immune to the Rifampin. I did not see anything that indicated that there is a correalation between rifampin and elevated PSA levels, but it's best to ask your doctor.

Online sites are great resources for information to be able to ask all the right questions when it's time to see your doctor, but they can not take the place of your doctor's sound medical advice.

Take care and stay in touch and let us know how you are doing!
