Q: Hi, I had face a problem from last month "After urinating my tip of penis suddenly get a cold burn it stay for a 4-8 minutes, then it gets normal and also there is a two white spot over the skin

It is impossible to determine what this is without seeing the lesions. You need to be examined by a Urologist when the lesions are present, which will mean examination after voiding in the office.
