Q: hi, I have problem with my testicles. My teticles are enlarged espacially the right one. It used to hurt some 2 months ago but now it doesn't hurtn but I am afraid of the enlargement. Please help me.
Testicular enlargement can be the sign of an underlying problem. Testicular cancer can be associated with testicular enlargement. A fluid collection around the testicle known as a hydrocele can also be associated with this. A visit with a Urologist can help to clarify what the underlying cause is.
