are these symptoms a medical condition or????

hi, is there a medical condition that would cause a male in thier mid 20s to have to milk it?? penis turning black, needing to beat off 4-5 times a day???? is there such a condition of overactive prostrate, and would the symptoms be as above??? what treatment is there for this???
