Q: I am 49. During sex, intercourse or oral, I have the sensation of orgasm, but no ejaculate at the time of orgasm, and just a few drops after the orgasm. Anything seriously wrong? Any treatment?

What you are describing may be retrograde ejaculation. This means that the ejaculate is not moving out the urethra, but rather passing backwards into the bladder. There are several causes of this including diabetes of various medications.
