Q: Is no ejaculation through the penis likely after a Green Light Lazar treatment?

I am told that the procedure would be benificial since I have a partial blockage of the urethrea and am prone to infections.  I am not sure whether the result of the surgery would be a definite change in the course of the ejaculate back into the bladder rather than exiting out through the penis as usual.  My Doctor said this change would be pernenant but I'm not sure whether it would occur or that it might occur.  If the change in the course of the ejaculate is a definite thing, how does this effect my ability to have orgasms and ejaculations?

I had green light surgery about two months ago And so far its good i get up once during the night which is great. But the ejackulation part is strange . You get a erection and you feel the ejackulation like normal but nothing is there or very little .All i can say is its very very strange. I just look at it this way I didnt have prostate cancer just bph. And now im not looking in every store for the bathroom . Can it effect your sex life I would say YES  hope all goes well for you.
