Is this abnormal or could this be due to straining? 6 months ago I acquired a hydrocele due to a little to rough of action. Could that be a cause?I had a vasectomy 10 yrs ago.

Q: I have noticed twice that my seminal fluid has a redish clear look.

A reddish discoloratio of the semen is hematospermia, or blood in the semen. This tends to be aslf-liited process and should clear up on its own. It should not be associated with either your prior vasectomy or the hydroced that you developed.
