My husband has had pain down below for quite some time, has felt a stonge urge to wee but when he does it is just a dribble he has become very tired and lost a bit of weight. he is already a cancer patient, throat cancer.

The symptoms your husband is describing are some of the most common symptoms of enlarged prostate. You should have him talk to his doctor or a urologist; if it is enlarged prostate (also called BPH), there are a variety of treatments available.
