The combination of Uroxatrol and Flomax does not make sense.  Both drugs are in the same category of medication (alpha blockers).  A more common approach would be to double the dose of the Flomax.  It is common for patients to use Avodart (a 5-alpha reductase inhibitor) and Flomax or Uroxatrol (alpha-blockers) as this combination of drugs works by 2 different mechanisms of action.
