Q: I am 79 yr. old male 4 yrs on Terazosin. Could poor vision from cornea transplant 9 months ago be due to Terazosin?

Terazosin should not be related to changes that you are experiencing after the cornea transplant.  Alpha blockers (of which terazosin is one) are associated with a condition know as the floppy iris syndrome which poses challenges to ophthalmologists at the time of cataract surgery.
