In response to:
The fact that your PSA continues to rise is evidence enough that you are experiencing recurrence of the cancer. The  question of whether to treat with hormonal ablation or orchiectomy is a function of how rapid the PSA is rising and your age.  Your PSA is rising at a very slow rate, and the rate of change can become a significant factor.
