Q: Does the presence of a spermacelle affect the amount of semen upon ejaculation? It seems that my spermacelle is growing and my testicles are shrinking. Help! Want to ejaculate heavy loads again.

Does having a vasectomy increase the chance of developing a spermacelle. I am currently taking 1 ml injection of testosterone because of low levels found during blood work. I am thinking of sex again, but have not been able to perform very well. Viagra and the others make me feel sick. ED is horrible! I have tried practically every thing on the market for squashing this horrible feeling of a limp penis. My wife deserves better. I am at my witts end. Please help.

A spermatocele should not interfere with the amount of ejaculated semen. If the spermatocele is growing and of concern, this can be simply repaired surgically.
