Q: AUS 800 Failure.

Artificial urinary sphincter failure after 8 years. Doctors not willing to replace, and now completely incontinent. What to do.? Thanks?

I think that you should seek another opinion from another Urologist.  The AUS800 can be replaced in most cases when it fails.  It can be a fairly complex procedure to replace these, however, it can be done.

Thank you so much. I am now being referred to Dr Boyd at USC. Hopefully something can be done!
