the pass 2 days i have had pain in my lower back, tailbone, and rectum even though i have bowel move

The pass 2 days i have had pain in my lower back, tailbone, and rectum. Even though i have had bowel movements the pain persists and is worse when i sit. I also get a sharp pain when i am passing stools. There is no bleeding.
