Q: Does a high of 35.2 PSA now 7.2 mean I have/had cancer cells?

I was wondering if a reading of 35.2 PSA upon discovery of a UTI was any reason for alarm? I had 2.76 PSA in 7/09 and after taking an antibiotic and flomax to relieve that, my test came back two weeks later as 7/2. However before treatment it was the 35.2 figure. I am 76 and have never had a PSA higher than 3.4. This UTI came on all of a sudden. Also I am taking Testim for Testosterone replacement. I also have a 338 reading for Estrogen which the Ando Dr. is trying to lower. Your comments are appreciated.
