Thanks for continuing to check in about your progress Scott. You're a bit of an old timer since it's been a good 4 months after for you now compared to most other posters.  -I am particularly glad to hear that the urgency problem is pretty much gone for you now. I have not gone forward with PVP specifically because that's an important symptom to me that I want to get rid of. I hate always having to find a bathroom when I'm stuck in traffic or trying to get to an appointment on time and time is of the is of the esssence and I've got to make a detour and find a bathroom. I don't want to go through the procedure and expose myself to the risks if it isn't likely to get rid of that problem. I guess it's looking like it might be worth it after hearing your experiences.  Thanks for your contribution to the general good.   Jerry W
