In response to:

I had greenlight laser surgery three years ago for bph and the results could not have been better. My prostate had completely shut down and I had been catheterized for more than a month. Three days after surgery, the catheter was removed and I've been urinating likea 20-year old-ever since. Absolutely no negative side effects; only consequence was retrograde ejaculation, which actually has its advantages :]
