What needs to be followed in the post-radiation period (short and long term)?

I know that patients are followed after completion of radiation therapy.  I understand that the primary tool is the PSA.  How frequently is this done?  For how long a period of time?  Are there other exams that are used?  What else should I be thinking/worrying about? I've…
