I am 35 years old single male.

I have been having blood in my sperm for the last two years non stop. I went through systoscopy and all other medical treatment, such as semen test blood test and took anti infection pills. However, the doctors said there is nothing they could see and i am worried what might be causing the blood. For sure I don't know how that came about, despite being worried every day about the kind of sickness that  I have no clue. Can anyone give a relief of my continous sigh by giving me a hint of what might it be that the doctors don't know? at this point I am even not sure if I can have children( healthy children)
