Q: can a yeast infection or herpes effect a higher psa score?

My wife has yeast infections  all  of the time.  We both also carry the herpes virus. Can either of these increase the psa count?

A partners yeast infection should not have any bearing on a PSA reading. Similarly, a herpes infection also will not cause an elevation of the PSA.  Your wife should have an evaluation with a gynecologist due to the ongoing infections that she is having.
