I had a turp 5 weeks ago and have been incontinent ever since. They have fitted a catheter now but i even leak around this. I had bowel cancer 2and a half years ago and the urethra was involved but I was continent before the turp. I had the all clear for the bowel cancer a few months ago. The biopsy from the turp shows I have prostate cancer. Will the leakage improve? will I ever manage without the catheter?
