Hi Tonga85,

You can read about Epididymitis here. Apparently, once treated properly, there should be no problem with the man's reproductive ability. However, if this is something you have or think you have, do not hesitate to see a doctor to get treatment.

Christopher Lukas has a posting here you might be interested in about managing pain and mentions the Epididymitis.

I hope this information helps you ask all the questions to manage your healthcare. Make sure you see your doctor because as helpful as online information is, nothing can replace the solid medical advice and care of your doctor.

Take care!
